| History/Origin |
Named after Chin Mielang, who arrived in Darwin in approximately 1880. Customs records in Fremantle show the arrival of one of his brothers. The father of the Chin Loong Pak and Chin Loong Tang and Albert Chan family. The Chin Mielang family assisted many well-known Chinese families from the same Village. These families are still in Darwin. |
