Named after Sister Gabriella of the Order of the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart. Sisters Gabriella and Campion were the first Catholic Sisters to work at the Channel Island Leprosarium in 1943. The Leprosarium was eventually relocated to East Arm in 1955. |
