History/Origin | Named after Fanny Miller, a founding member of one of the original groups to establish, reside and fight for the town camp lease as recognised by the Tangentyere Honour Roll. Fanny Miller fought alongside Dick Lechleitner and numerous others including her daughters; Glenda and Mona. She raised Glenda and Mona at Morris Soak and they in turn raised their children and grandchildren there. This road is situated within Morris Soak town camp, Alice Springs. |
